It comes with great sadness and regret that due to market conditions, a major customer going out of business without paying us, difficulty with compliance of factoring companies hurting our days to pay and credit scores, unfavorable contracts we have closed our business, and inability to obtain additional funds to stay operational.

Moving forward a payment structure is being attempted and formulated indirectly through our attorney. We have instructed him not to communicate with any entity about payment structure until our firm plan has been put in place because anything before that will be premature.

He has informed us that we are to notify you that he has been retained to initiate a receivership of the company, and you will receive notice from the receiver when the time comes.
